Area children have one more opportunity to savor Halloween today at the San Marcos Police Department as it is sponsoring a Public Safety Trunk or Treat at its headquarters, 2300 S. I-35 Frontage Road. The event starts at 6 p.m. and ends at approximately 9 p.m. There will be candy, of course, and drone and K9 demonstrations, as well as opportunities to see emergency vehicles.
