Before the historic First Responder Bowl, this was the game that sent Texas State into the history books. Taking on Georgia Southern, the Bobcats defeated the Eagles 45-24 to cross the sixwin mark for the first time since 2014 to become bowl eligible. Kinne and the majority of the Bobcat Football Team.
