Rebecca Minnick has announced her candidacy for Commissioner, Hays County Precinct 3. Minnick is currently serving her third term as Place One Council Member for the city of Wimberley.

Texas State University recognized seven scholarship recipients at the football game against Georgia Southern, in promotion of the annual Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation Houston Awards Dinner on Nov. 15. This year, the foundation will be honoring Bill Hobson, former Senior Vice President at UBS Wealth Management & current farmer/ rancher with the Semper Fidelis Award.
