The San Marcos City Council approved the San Marcos Development Code at their regularly scheduled meeting last Tuesday.

Early voting begins on Monday, Oct. 23 and runs through Friday, Nov. 3 in Hays County, in anticipation of the Nov. 7 election, according to Hays County Elections Administrator Jennifer Doinoff.
