On Friday, State Rep. Erin Zwiener and Representative Dade Phelan will hold a town hall to discuss Proposition 8.
Proposition 8 establishes the flood infrastructure fund to assist in the financing of drainage, flood mitigation and flood control projects, according to a press release.
The Town Hall will be held on Oct. 4 from 10:30 - 11:30 a.m. at the San Marcos Activity Center, Room 2, 501 E. Hopkins St.
