Cynthia Lynn Taylor

On August 30, 2019, Cynthia Lynn Taylor, friend to all near and far, passed away at the age of 57.  Lynn was born on January 26, 1962 in Pasadena, Texas to Clint and Marion Taylor.  She attended SWT in San Marcos in 1980 and has made San Marcos her home since then.  She was an oasis of loving kindness throughout her long career in the medical billing industry.  She had a passion for live, local music and supported countless bands over the years; her irresistible smile could get tips for any band playing.  "The value of a gift is not determined by its amount, but the spirit in which it is given."  as studied in the Gospel of Mark 12:41-44.  Lynn would give all that she had to someone in need - true to this Spirit of Generosity.  Lynn is preceded in death by her father, Clint and her mother, Marion.  She is survived by her cousins Jan Bell, Patti Glass, and Lisa Nowotny as well as a multitude of friends.  There will be a service at the San Marcos Cemetery, 1001 Ranch Road 12, Sunday October 6, 2019 at 10 a.m.  A memorial will follow, 204 Main Street, Martindale, Texas, 12 -4 p.m. with live music.  Donations can be made to CTMC Hospice or at the Martindale Memorial.
