Ambassadors hold ribbon cutting for 9Round fitness

The San Marcos Ambassadors welcomed 9Round Fitness to the Chamber of Commerce. The 9Round program is a blend of functional, interval, cardiovascular and circuit training regimens. There are no set times, just come in and a dedicated trainer will guide you through the 3-minute rounds. After 9 rounds, the 30-minute, full-body workout is over.
