A person was shot multiple times in the leg at The Woods Apartments of San Marcos on Wednesday.
San Marcos Police are currently working an aggravated assault at the apartment complex located at 650 River Road, the City of San Marcos said.
“The victim should survive thanks to the quick efforts of responding officers in applying a tourniquet,” the City said.
This is currently an active scene with no one in custody. Police are advising everyone to avoid the area.
