I’ve been to most Texas State home games over the last 20 years. This upcoming game is on a short list of the games I’ve been most excited about. We’ve got to get the Roadrunner off our backs, since we have never beaten them in football in the short history of their program. Texas State received two top 25 votes in the AFCA Coaches Poll this week. UTSA received three. This looks to be one of the best Bobcat football teams in years, and the game should be evenly matched with UTSA. The Bobcats need every bit of the advantage playing the game at home can provide, and that means you in the stands cheering on the Bobcats. As of Thursday, there were
1,000 seats remaining, so expect a great crowd. We’re wearing white for rivalry week. I’ll see you there, and maybe even at the Alumni Association tailgate before the game. Game starts at
