In 2024 let us protect what is uniquely San Marcos: Our beautiful crystal river, What’s left of our authentic downtown, Our historic districts, and Our established neighborhoods. In new areas of town we can experiment with new ideas, such as having a triplex on a lot next to a single family home.
Please support the masterplan titled Vision SMTX Plus Plus. It would protect the elements of San Marcos mentioned above. The city will host outreach events about the plan in the coming weeks.
